Where the Project Stands

Expected Regulatory Pathway

We expect our device to fall under Class I and be exempt from 510(k) premarket notification. We have not registered the device with the FDA, and no regulatory review has taken place.

Seeking a Commercialization Partner

As of January 22, 2026 we have officially filed a patent application for our design. We are now connecting with partners willing to help us bring the product to market.
